A tenuous link between the two previous posts and today’s pictures. A couple of years ago, Port Meadow in Oxford flooded and then froze. The resulting shapes in the ice always make me think of brain cells, with their dark nuclei and spreading dendrites.  Now if only all this rain would end and the freeze would come again.
